Colette Tiernan serves as the Business Development Associate at Candello, where she supports the growth of the organization by managing digital marketing efforts, nurturing prospective clients, and driving engagement through strategic campaigns. A 2025 graduate of Bentley University with a B.S. in Marketing and a minor in Law, Colette brings a strong foundation in communications, data-driven marketing, and client relationship management.

Colette first joined Candello as a Marketing Intern in the summer of 2024, where she contributed to content development and campaign execution. Now full-time, she plays a key role in managing the Candello website, optimizing lead generation through HubSpot, and supporting the sales pipeline from initial interest to final presentations. Her collaborative spirit and analytical mindset help ensure that Candello’s mission—to improve patient safety and reduce risk through data insights—reaches and resonates with healthcare organizations nationwide.
