Ian Appleby is an Associate Implementation Analyst at Candello. He first joined as an intern on the Systems and Software team in the Summer of 2025, where he first brought his skills in data management, data analytics, business intelligence, and problem solving. Now full-time, he continues to use this skillset to add value to Candello by managing databases and creating solutions for clients. He graduated with a Masters in Business Analytics from Babson College in 2025 after graduating in 2024 from Wesleyan University with a Bachelors in Economics and a minor in Data Analysis.

What gets me excited about my work?
I get excited the opportunity to solve meaningful data problems with great people. Candello’s collaborative culture and mission to promote patient safety make it an ideal place for me to grow and contribute.

Exploring New England, often by heading to the beach in the summer or up to ski in the winter. I may also be staying active with golf or pickleball, or spending time with my friends and loved ones. And whenever I get the chance, you’ll find me at Fenway Park cheering on the Red Sox!
