Candello educational programs are different from any others in the healthcare and malpractice industries. Why? Because we look at the same issues and risks and challenges that everyone else does, but we have the advantage of looking at them through a unique lens of data that cannot be found anywhere else. Our education isn’t better than everyone else’s, it just offers evidence-based insights that no one else has—except for Candello members.

Educational Webinars

Candello’s Members-only Educational Webinars offer clinical and business insights drawn directly from our unmatched national medical malpractice data. These webinars are designed to help MPL and healthcare leaders, teams, and insureds make informed decisions that protect providers and promote safety. Whether you are looking to educate your internal teams or engage in your broader community, Candello webinars offer a flexible, high-impact way to share insights and spark change.

All Educational Webinars are recorded and made available in a private and secure space in the online  Candello Community.

Study Groups

Candello members told us loud and clear that they need help. More specifically, they asked for help disseminating the insights derived from their own coded data and the national Candello data to engage and influence their organization’s leaders and insured clinicians, and their claims, underwriting, and patient safety and risk management staff. Candello hosts quarterly, one-hour Study Groups on the topic areas of Patient Safety, Claims and Analytics, at which participants learn from recognized expert presenters, discuss among peers, and share ideas and best practices.

All Study Group content is recorded and made available in a private and secure space in the online  Candello Community.

Member Summit

Each year, Candello members gather at the CRICO Offices in Boston for a two-day Member Summit that involves best-in-class education, exclusive networking, and great food and socializing overlooking Fenway Park, the treasured home of the Boston Red Sox. In 2024, in response to COVID, the Summit has been held as a hybrid event. Sessions are delivered in person for attendees, but they are also simulcast as livestream sessions for those within Candello clients who cannot attend in person or who want to pick and choose individual sessions that capture their interest.

All Member Summit sessions are recorded and made available in a private and secure space in the online  Candello Community.
