Christine Ringler, BSN, RN is a Patient Safety and Risk Solutions Director at Candello where she partners with healthcare organizations to advance patient safety, strengthen risk management programs, and reduce harm through data-driven insights and strategic improvement initiatives.

Christine brings extensive expertise in medical malpractice, healthcare risk management, clinical quality, and patient safety. She began her career as a registered nurse, with more than a decade of clinical experience in Neonatal and Pediatric Intensive Care settings. She subsequently served as a Certified Legal Nurse Consultant for two of Boston’s leading medical malpractice law firms, supporting the investigation and evaluation of complex malpractice claims and contributing to mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation.

Transitioning into healthcare risk management, Christine served as a Risk Program Manager at a large urban community hospital, where she led investigations of serious patient safety events and implemented strategies to improve care quality and mitigate organizational risk. Prior to joining Candello in 2022, she held the positions of Regional Director of Risk Management and Interim Vice President of Risk, Quality, and Patient Safety for a large multi-hospital healthcare system. In these leadership roles, she collaborated closely with executive teams to develop and implement system-wide patient safety and harm-reduction strategies, driving improvements in care quality and organizational performance across the enterprise.

Drawing on her combined clinical, legal, and operational experience, Christine provides healthcare leaders with practical, actionable solutions to enhance patient safety, strengthen organizational resilience, and improve outcomes.
