Doleirys Melendez serves as the Member Services Coordinator for CRICO’s Candello division where she provides support for the Candello Community. Her passion for helping others and her background in healthcare administration/operations, patient experience and data management, allow her to build meaningful relationships with our member base. Whether it’s assisting with enrollment, resolving issues, or providing valuable information and resources, she ensures that each member has a seamless and personalized experience.

Ms. Melendez has worked in multiple hospitals in the Boston area where she has been able to build her communication skills and her drive for workflow efficiency. Prior to  healthcare operations work, she was a full-time pre-school teacher for six years under the MGB umbrella, during which she completed her B.Sc. at Cambridge College.

What gets me excited about my work?
It warms my heart to know that the work we do at Candello changes systems and ultimately the way patients receive care. It excites me to see how data is being used to help thousands of lives.
