Evan Hochberg is a Clinical Taxonomy Specialist within the Candello division. Evan’s clinical experience was as an RN in NICU and pediatric cardiac critical care. He then worked in hospital-based quality improvement and patient safety. His career focus and publishing has been on using cause analysis methodologies to derive system improvements in safety and culture.
