Susan Jackson is a Senior Clinical Taxonomy Specialist for Candello, providing analytic reviews of medical malpractice cases and identifying the circumstances that may have contributed to the allegations, injuries, or the initiation of the claim.

Ms. Jackson serves as the project manager for the growth of the Taxonomy and maintains taxonomy hygiene to support a robust and agile tool. Ms. Jackson also provides subject matter expertise to the Advanced Data Analytics team as they implement advanced analytic techniques for malpractice data evaluation and to the IT team on projects related to clinical coding application and report writing enhancements.

Ms. Jackson is a registered nurse and has worked in both acute care and ambulatory settings. She has a strong background as a senior business analyst in multiple healthcare and risk management settings. She received a bachelor’s degree in Nursing from The University of Massachusetts, Boston in 1994 and a bachelor’s degree in American Studies from Brandeis University in 1981.
