We require employees and visitors to be fully vaccinated—and boosted when eligible
Unless you are within 5–10 days following close contact with someone who tested positive for COVID, masks are no longer required while in the CRICO office space. For those who wish to continue wearing a mask and/or follow social distancing protocols, we expect others to be supportive of them
We also require health attestations be submitted prior to EVERY TIME you enter our offices or attend a company-sponsored gathering or offsite meeting
Your attestation is to verify that you are symptom free, have not had recent close contact with individuals that tested positive, and, if you have had COVID-19, that you have been symptom-free for 10 days (or have been symptom-free for five days and demonstrated negative results on or after the 5th day with an antigen test)
Employees: Your attestation must be submitted via the Go-Evo App no sooner than two-hours prior to your arrival
Visitors: Your attestation must be submitted via this link for self-screening and uploading proof of vaccination
